Will my DLC from Warhammer 1 and 2 on steam carry over to WH3 on Xbox gamepass?

Title says it all. I have WH1 and 2 on Steam and all my DLC there; but will the DLC carry over to WH3 on gamepass or am I going to have to buy WH3 on Steam?
Sidenote, will I have to re-earn all my trophies on Steam if I have to buy it on Steam?
