WHY. DO. THEY. STILL. PULL. OUT. LADDERS. OUT. OF. NOWHERE!?
You guys already had Total war Attila's fortification build system so wouldn't it hurt to add more? I was really hoping for a complete rework of siege where the damn walls are going to be finally a bit more 'realistic' or should I say, how they would work. I was hoping you could finally set down artillery units, much less monstrous units on the damn walls but I guess not. (Still hoping so please)
On the matter of ladders, couldn't you just use medieval 2's and Shogun 2's siege equipment/wall scaling? Wall scaling would be much more understandable than having demons carry a perfectly crafted wood ladder like it was donated to them by the human factions minutes before the battle begins.
I'm still disappointed but nonetheless, I can't say that I'm not happy about the siege rework either since it's so crappy that changing a little of it is an improvement IMO.
