So I hit Emperor as my old favorite Liu Bei for the first time since the patch/DLC dropped, and yay, I have all these ministerial positions I can fill for various little buffs!

But no Prime Minister slot.

I've got Guo Jia, Zhuge Liang, and two or three other Really Fucking Good characters who would all be fantastic in the Prime Minister slot, and it's just... gone now.

Fucking why?

I also noticed my good old Faction Council button disappear. Sure, demolishing a school so you can build it again to make the strategists happy isn't exactly edge-of-your-seat thrilling, but it's stuff to do! It's little tiny goals to hit to keep your economy maxed! And now it's gone.

I thought the new Empire mechanics would make things better and more versatile, not... the opposite of that.

Didn't even stick around to look at new diplomacy options. I find the Mandate of Heaven campaign to be pretty meh, and the rest of the new stuff seems like backwards steps. Disappointed overall.
