Need desrc_names file help

Trying to do the most basic of modding, but failing. Pitched my old discs long ago, and running the definitive edition on steam. Can’t seem to find the descr_names file (assuming its packed). Is there any easy way to unpack, or, anyone/where to just get a copy of the vanilla desrc_names file?
