Gonna keep this short so here we go.

So, I grew up watching RoTK on VHS. We still have them somewhere, I'm pretty sure. For me, personally, I think it's really interesting that CA has decided to include super minor characters and characters that were barely a footnote.

The starting point of the game is at a time where everything is up in the air. If circumstances were just a bit more different, someone else could have rose to prominence and power instead. Maybe if that stray arrow had hit instead of miss. Those kinda things.

To me, that's that's the point of all these games. It doesn't have to follow the path of actual history. Super minor characters/factions that can rise up against all odds to fight against the super powers actually makes me want to play the game more.

It was the same for Rome TW, Shogun TW and the rest of them all. I just hope they do a good job and make an epic game with good playability.
