So I, like most of us, started a norsca campaign and have been confederating norsca. When i fought Surtha Ek though he had a chariot and I was excited to ad him and his chariot to my armies. Allthough when I pick him as a lord and go into a battle he is on foot and I can't choose a mount for him in the details screen either? So do i need to level him up to use it even though he had it before I confederated him? I am fairly certain I have seen several people on YouTube use him with a chariot even though he doesn't meet the level requirements.
