Heya!

I just had a huge siege battle that'll decide the fate of my playthrough, and for some reason, my crossbowmen (playing as the empire) were not firing properly even though they had a clear line of sight (situated on an elevated wall without any obstructions) and lost because of it. It was a good thing I had quick saved, and gone for it again but this time, without guard mode on, and they all fired as they should.

But that was after searching thru reddit and finding out from this post 2 months ago.

I do have many mods installed, including AI fixes/enhancers and such, so I'm asking here if it's still happening in Vanilla gameplay or just on my modded playthrough. Because this is very, very demotivating. My favorite army composition is to just rain bullets/arrows on the enemies.
