Im looking for the best outdoor enclosure for a red-footed tortoise. I live in the midwest where our summer can get very hot and humid and our winters can get very cold and snowy. If anyone can recommend full setups (light, humidity gauges, ect) for this type of weather Id greatly appreciate it as I need it ASAP. I would also appreciate any diet recommendations.

(TW Animal Neglect. Im couch surfing at my cousins house and they own a tortoise with nothing excpet a water bowl. He free roams around the house, he doesnt have a lamp, he doesnt have an enclosure. Its pretty bad so Im trying to get him the things he needs to be healthy and learn how to take care of him because its really the only option.
