How long, do you actually hold in store pick ups?

I ordered stuff on Tuesday. Got the email Friday saying it was ready for pickup. Go in, employee was messing with a stack of underwear. So I browsed the store, finally go up to the counter & she’s still dealing with the stack of underwear. She goes it’s going to be awhile, I’m all alone & working on this for her. I won’t be able to get back til at least Tuesday.

14 days but we get very lazy in my store and have some that are like 100 and some odd days old
