I’ve never purchased a jacket from Torrid before and I have a few questions.

Now that I think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever owned a real jacket before because I’ve never needed one (grew up in Florida), I own one hoodie and that’s it.
I’m moving to the Pacific Northwest two months and I’m going to need a jacket, which of these is the most practical for everyday wear and do I pick my normal towards sizing or do I go up a size?
