uTorrent won't install

(Not really for me, for a friend)
He downloaded the installer and it runs, but when he gets to the part when he should see a loading install bar, it's not there and skips to "Finished!" and it's no where on his computer.
We've tried turning off Antivirus and messing with the installers properties but no success
