Ok, dumb newbie here.... So I've been a casual torrent user for a while but decided to try getting more serious and try forwarding my ports. My download speeds have been impressively fast (13GB and 36GB torrents in just a few minutes!) but I'm finding that my upload speeds are still unbearably slow.
Often I won't connect to any peers to seed to at all (even though I see in the inspector and on the tracker that there are several leechers), and when I do connect, the speeds are paaaaaaiiiinfully slow - almost always under 10kB/s and frequently dipping back to 0kB/s.
Doing a speed test, I have an upload speed of 1426kB/s.
Thinking it might just be the tracker, I downloaded a torrent from elsewhere as a test - the 1.5GB file downloaded in about 2 minutes, but I've only eeked out 4.4MB of upload in the past half hour - the inspector shows 3247 leechers, of which I'm currently seeding to only 2, at a speed of 2-6kB/s
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ???
I've read a bunch of guides, but none have solved my problem (most just suggest forwarding ports - which I've done)
