How much affect in terms of games won or lost do you think a coach has on a team?

What I mean by this is imagine your team wins 40 games. Adding a better coach would theoretically improve those games won and vice versa adding a bad coach would theoretically decrease the number of games won.

There is natural talent on a roster, so the games won or lost extra from a new coach can't be like 40 more wins or 40 losses.

Im curious if you think 5 games, 10 or 15 games up or down is how much a coach can change a team.

Than finally (not saying Nick was a bad coach, but the fit for where we are wasn't right), how many games you think we win more or lose from last season because of Darko?
