Cyclist Struck by a Dump Truck..

A female cyclist was struck & killed by a dump truck in the w/b curb lane of Bloor St W east of Avenue Rd. The POl is in the curb lane. It appears as though the cyclist merged from the bike lane into the curb lane due to a large garbage bin that was blocking the bike lane....
