How did Honey get ‘kicked off’ Under The Pink?

I think about this a lot. This is one of my favourite Tori songs. And by her own admission it’s her favourite song from UTP. How did it get ‘kicked off’? And where would it have appeared in the track list had it been on the album? Would we have had a 13 track album or would she have kicked off another track to include Honey? And if so, which track? There is not a single filler track on UTP in my opinion so I am not comfortable ejecting any of them.
