Creaking Tonal Arm

Edit: I did see this has happened (I think) to a few others - and it worked itself out. But any advice would be really helpful; it's a brand new machine!!

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it!

I have a Tonal (brand new) that I've been using for 6 days, and one of the arms has started creaking a little bit. It sort of sounds like a "normal" creak; like the plastic is rubbing up against the metal a little bit when I use it. It doesn't sound like metal against metal.

The sound is coming from where the arm attaches to the machine. And only when the arm is in certain places (out to the side, for instance). The other arm makes no sounds at all.

Everything else about this machine has been life-changing amazing.

Just wondering if this is a "normal" sound - it's not very loud, but it's definitely there.

Anyones else have a machine that sqeaks a little bit?

Yes, I have the warranty :)
