Got the Tonal two years ago. Had great success early on. Then injuries (broken foot, twisted ankle) put me off from Tonal for a while. I'm 6'2 and have been "average" a while. Two weeks ago I was at a point where I knew I had to do something to get back to my pre-COVID shape, so I jumped back on the Tonal at 207 lbs. Am currently at 198 and looking to continue burning fat and toning. In tandem, I have a Peloton Row, which has been great cardio.
I've been doing Body Sculpting Bootcamp and it's telling me today is my day again. I previewed today's workout and there's a lot of squats and lunges and leg work, and I just did more of that yesterday. I have bad knees and my hamstrings and quads are just screaming at me today (tight, sore, everything). Should I continue with the kill my legs workout or should I go back to upper body for the day through another program or workout?
