I eat 1 meal a day. How much should I start eating if I start using Tonal?

I'm 5'6, 135 pounds male and I used to eat Chipotle quesadilla every day, 1x a day.
I'm now 144 pounds after eating spicy chicken tenders, dips, & milkshakes for the past few weeks. Still 1 meal a day.
I'm now going back on the Chipotle diet, 1x a day.
Is my one meal ok or how much more should I eat to build muscle & strength? I want to make sure I make the most out of my Tonal and make sure my eating habits aren't an issue.
By the way I don't cook and just buy food from outside everyday.
