Books that give you Tom Waits vibes
Post Body
I found Spoon River Anthology today and it just feels like a Waits album to me going through it. Dark, poetic, whimsy, etc. I absolutely love it.
Itβs left me with the question, what books have you read that gave you the same impression as listening to an album of his either in delivery, imagery, stories, and things like that?
Here is the only three that I can think of right now.
Three penny opera, Grimms Fairy Tales, Spoon River
