The Elder is on the first layer right by the 1st lamp - unfortunately he does not respawn, so I remade the dungeon a few times in the hope of getting some easy radial cold gems for my 99 Arc character. Alas, he only dropped Tempering gems for me (not sure if the non-boss variant drops cold gems?).

Shadow of Yharnam was the Katana variant (he's on 4th layer bonus area)

Lots of NPC hunters, an uncanny Wheel and Lost Chikage too.

Bosses were Pig, Watchdog, Elder & BLB

EDIT: Forgot to mention, there is a chest on lvl 3 (?) containing 4 Red Jelly!
