Any ideas as to what's up with this guy?

Older leaves are turning yellow, newer leaves are green but not that healthy looking.
There's all sorts of things that could be going wrong environment wise- they're in grow bags that get ~4 hours of sun, but really intense sun, and the weather's been all over the place. But I'm hoping that this stands out as something obvious to one of you-all.
