8 hour layover in Narita

I'm looking for someone to show me a good time during my layover in Narita I'm willing to pay for food and any other expenses we occrue as we explore the local area.
My flight details: My plane lands at 0700 on December 24th at the Narita International Airport. My layover is approximately 8 hours and I need to be back at the airport at 1500 for my next flight at 1700.
