Toddlers and Covid
Post Body

This whole year I've dreaded getting sick and having to take care of my 2 yr old and also passing it to her. Having covid while being a toddler parent just sounds like the worst time and I've tried my best to keep us distanced and safe most of this year.

Yesterday I just found out one of my coworkers tested positive and I was in close quarters with her last week, so I was told to quarantine and I'm also getting tested today. I'm just so worried if I get sick, taking care of my child is going to be EXTREMELY challenging. She had already given us so much heck since it's gotten cold out and shes also a high spirited child. Lately she has been attached to my hip and gets upset whenever my husband enters the room. He tries to help but she only ever wants me.

I guess I'm just dreading one or all of us getting sick and just dealing with it all, when it's already stressful at home as it is. Has anyone had to do this yet or had any similar experiences?
