My 16-month old son has never been the snuggly, cuddly or affectionate type. If he’s not asleep, he’s constantly on the move and doesn’t like to just chill. Today, as we were watching Ratatouille, I looked over and said, “Give me a kissy.” He smiled and slowly gave me the cutest little kiss. I said “Again!” and he have me another. The all day meal prepping, diapers and laundry make it all worth it! If you’re a parent down on the dumps thinking it’s all hard work and no reward, you’ll get there! Patience is key. Virtual hugs to all the moms and dads out there.
