How concerned should I be about my daughter's diet?
Post Body

I will preface by saying we will definitely be bringing this up at her next appointment, I'm just having a lot of stress and would like to hear from other parents. My daughter is 2.5 yrs old.

She eats zero vegetables. I mean literally none. She takes a multi vitamin, and she still nurses a couple of times a day, so I know she's at least getting some minerals and vitamins.. but still. I'm so guilty of this.

She likes fruit, but only apples, bananas, strawberries, and grapes. That's it.

She loves pasta, usually all forms of it. Most any carb she's okay with. She's borderline obsessed with mac n cheese. She doesn't eat rice though 😥

Her protein intake is only through greek yogurt, scrambled eggs, cheese, and protein powder that I can put into smoothies. She doesn't eat any form of meat unless its a dino nugget.

Typical breakfast would be scrambled eggs with toast and fruit, a banana and cheerios, apple cinnamon oatmeal.

Typical lunch will be peanut butter and jelly with fruit and yogurt.

Typical dinner is whatever I make for dinner, which is the hardest part of our day. We don't force her to eat. But I feel like at this point she has to be nutritionally deprived? I introduced all sorts of fruits and veg while she was learning to eat as a baby. Didn't pressure her. Just let her do her thing. I dont understand how we got to this point and now I'm worried I didn't do enough. We also eat fairly healthy.. not a lot of fast food, balanced plates as far as ratios of carb/veg/protein/fiber.

Am I expecting too much for a 2 year old.
