Why is this age the literal worst? I am exhausted mentally from the endless stream of power struggles/boundary testing/incessant questions(mainly WHY?!). Oh, and also my child doesn't nap(hasn't since turning 2) OR sleep at night. Most nights she's up at least 3 times(last night was like 10 times)wanting reassurance and we have to take her back to her room and help her fall back asleep. We have a toddler clock. It literally hasn't helped at all. I'm just going crazy. Also, we have zero family around us to help lessen the load. We have to pay a babysitter once a week and even that time alone does nothing to combat the absolute misery of parenthood. I feel guilty saying it but there it is. I'm unhappy. Is anyone else struggling with this stage too?
