repeat offender, he kept coming back again and again. Whether its compulsive or something else he keeps doing it.Like i said, current prisons dont reeducate and despite being caught 3 times prior he still hasnt learned his lesson. You can negotiate whether he belongs in a mental hospital or jail but he clearly doeant belong in general society. and on top of that, all these crimes are of the same nature so it's not like a "oh, i didnt know". its clearly a " i dont care".

imagine you had a freind. every time he came over. he stole something from your house. first time, you call him a dumbass and you keep it going. 2nd time it piss you off, and you kick him out. some time passes, forgive and forget, he comes by and fucking does it again. how many time can you really just forgive someone before you say "no, fuck you, youre banned!".

at first it seems excessive until you see why. its his 4th "strike" He' robbed one place, then burgled a car, 5 years later he did it again and THEN later on, he stole the jacket. all separate incidents at separate times.a textbook definition of a repeat offender.

with the way the prison system is now, this is the best way to go about it. until prisons start reeducating instead of punishing, removing repeat offenders from society will benefit society the most. Then when it comes to employment prisoners are on the bottom of the list, as they should be.Homeless, veterans, civilians, then ex-cons, is how it should be. bigger issue being that the majority of those homeless are unfit to work due to drugs, illness or bottomed off for being an ex con.
