Don’t use high beams in the city

Hello Torontonians, isn’t it wonderful to drive around the city at night when there’s less traffic and suddenly you’re blinded by some idiot with their high beams on. The city is lit up everywhere and they still need high beams?
If you are the one using high beams at night in well lit areas, shame on you. You are just blinding other people at that point. The selfishness and absent-mindedness is insane. Hope you get a brain soon.
