I was leaving after work, and this group of teenage boys were walking down the street, looking for a fight, or someone to pick on, and they called me a slur, out of nowhere. There was a police car nearby, and my instinct of anger was to invent something for the police just to teach these little shits a lesson. But I doubt anything would happen. And this happens a lot in Toronto, whether at the TTC or in a store, these super rude teenagers are always messing up, stealing, talking nonsense out loud. Are people uneducated in this city? Where are the parents of these teenagers who don't teach them manners? If this is the future, I just feel sorry for us, and I'm a young man.
