Even if you aren't having your family come to visit, there's still plenty to do this weekend. For anyone who claims Tech has nothing to do on the weekends...well, you're usually right, but not this weekend!

Friday

-7:00 p.m. Glow Run

~~Starts at Johnson Hall. Registration is $30 2 canned goods, or $35.

-7:30 p.m. Open Mic night @ Backdoor Playhouse

Saturday

-11:00 a.m. Chemistry "Magic Show".

~~They make ice cream with liquid nitrogen here that's actually really good. It's put on by Prof. Swartling with some of his students. If you've had him, you know how entertaining he is. If you haven't had the pleasure, you should definitely check it out.

-5:00 p.m. Tailgating

~~Parent weekend is the best time to tailgate. Tech is trying to impress the parents that pay for their kids to be there, so they bring tons of food. Would highly recommend at least coming for a minute to eat.

-7:00 p.m. Football game vs. Murray State

Sunday

-7:00 a.m. Color Run ~~Starts on Main Quad.
