About 2 months ago I called to get help about why my speeds were so slow. Long story short the rep cancelled and restarted my service. This caused me to not have my internet line connected to my T-Mobile ID. Now when I go to register my T-Mobile internet line to my T-Mobile ID I get an error message. There is no solution after their reps fucked up my account. No way to log in. No way to pay online with their quick pay. Just no solution. I haven't heard back from TMobile 2 months after they said it would take 7 days for a solution. What a terrible service that the reps can just break your log in and never have a solution to getting it connected to your T-Mobile account again smh.
