Post Body

So I started my journey with T-Mobile Home Internet in April of this year and after months of trying right now it is just a backup internet option in my house because of how horrible the service is. I was basically told my Customer Service ( Facebook) that the service I am receiving is what I am to expect. Jut to be clear I am getting terrible service, I have full 5G coverage ( I am less than 1/2 a mile from the tower servicing me) however my internet is not useable. During the day and night I get speeds of around 1-5Mbps/60 the upload is great don't get me wrong but I cannot do anything with 1-5Mbps down in fact the DSL provider for my neighborhood provides 30/4 service and is the same prices as T-Mobile. This is a direct quote from the message thread on Facebook with the T-Mobile team.

"After a full investigation, our engineers have confirmed that you are experiencing expected coverage for your area with T-Mobile Home Internet"

I am going to keep the service and hope that one day I can cancel my cable service ( Cost is 2.5x more than T-Mobile) but until the service is actually worth using at this point it will be no more than a backup.
