I have a line on my parent's account, and recently signed up for T-Mobile home internet in my own name. I've called t mobile several times about this, but everytime I login to pay my bill, it takes my to my parent's bill.
I believe this is because they signed me up at the t mobile store with my current phone number (which is the line on my parent's account). I've tried paying my bill as "guess" using the subscriber number affiliated with my unit, but just get an error message.
Any recommendations? Customer support wasn't helpful and just told me to go to the store where I purchased it. This is over an hour away for me.
