Migration issue/concern!?

Post Body

I just tried to go into a T-Mobile store to sign up for Home Internet and was informed that because I was a previous Sprint Biller I had 2 options.

  1. Sign up for a new account and in a few months when everyone's accounts are migrated transfer the service into my existing account.

  2. They can migrate my account but in order for them to do so I would have to pay off the existing leases on my account to the tune of almost $1500 in order for it to happen.

So the problem lies within, why are you going to tell me to pay you to migrate my account if you are already going to do it. Are you going to call every sprint customer and make them pay off their leases before you migrate accounts, this is total bullshit and all because I don't want 2 accounts I want all my services from one provider in the same account. I am not willing and not going to pay you money if you are going to migrate the account anyway and I am not going to add another service if you are going to require me to setup a new account to have that service because of your lack of ability to add it to a Sprint account.
