Visible to T-Mobile

I currently have Visible and thus far haven’t had any major issues. Just the occasional having to turn on Airplane mode to refresh my signal.
Since Visible doesn’t offer roaming or iWatch support, I’m thinking about switching to T-Mobile.
My only concern is coverage. Both in-building coverage and coverage in rural areas.
I have an iPhone 11 Pro. Would my phone also take advantage of the band that support more in-building coverage as well as rural area coverage?
