Is it worth switch from verizon grandfathered unlimited to Tmobile to save money?

Post Body

Here are my stipulations. I use at least 60-100gb a month of data. I am looking for something that will be reliable and strong. Something that is a better price than my current, which honestly both unlimited plans from verizon and Tmobile are already better for that.

Edit - I heard that verizon is the only one that truly doesn't throttle and only does prioritization. Is that true that Tmobile will also throttle my 4g speeds if I go over 30gb?

Edit 2 - furthermore, is there any big sign-over bonus with Tmobile if I leave verizon? Like a free phone or money towards my account or anything?
