What's the easist way to calculate the cost of switching right now?

Family with 5 phone lines, all on VZW.
1 iPhone 5C
2 iPhone 6
1 iPhone 6s
1 Galaxy S7 Edge (which seems like the only phone that cant easily be ported over)
1 iPad 2 on AT&T
I see the promo where it would be $160 for the 5 lines (one line is free, correct?), but how does porting a device over work with device fees, etc?
I'm planning on going into my local TMo store to get a definite answer, just trying to get a rough ballpark of what I could be looking at monthly if I were to switch so I can compare to my current VZW bill.
