Well even though I've asked customer service and twitter multiple times to ensure I was getting my credits for the iPhone on us promo, my credits did not show up on my bill this month. So I took to Twitter for help. Not only was the problem resolved within the day, but he also cleared the full EIP of my iPhone. Whats even better is that I got a 7 , which wasn't supposed to be fully paid off, but partially since I was only eligible for $650 total credits. So I technically got my remaining EIP ($615) the initial trade in of my iPhone 6 ($145) for a total of $760 thanks to T-Mobile. Some may not like their customer service, and they do need to work on their billing and credits system, but their customer service has been nothing but helpful for me.
