Kiosk accessories bundles are awful.
Post Body

Current kiosk winners circle employee stationed at a Samā€™s club. Throughout my time at the kiosk one of our hardest metrics to meet is accessories. Corporate decided to help by making bundles available for flagship devices.

These bundles are $50 and include a casemates case and screen protector. Thatā€™s not even a competitive price in the first place, but a few people have bought it. I didnā€™t realize Iā€™ve only done IPhones before this point, customer just came back to have me apply the screen protector for her ordered S24. The case was fine, sturdy, quality case for the $25 price.

Holy god is that screen protector bad. Itā€™s almost like a gummy and really thick plastic wrap. When youā€™re trying to press bubbles out, the protector actually stretches! It also sounds like youā€™re trying to press bubble wrap down on the screen, with the bubbles making ā€œpoppingā€ sounds. No joke it has a booklet with 11 STEPS to apply the screen protector.

Just a warning to customers and other kiosk reps to try and avoid the bundles, at least the ones for the S24. This is a disgustingly low quality product. Thanks for listening to my rant.
