So 15 year customer. Made a payment arrangement and not going to be able to make the payment until the day after tomorrow. Arrangement was due today. How long is the grace period.
Spoke to four customer service representatives and two stupidvisors. No one could give me a direct answer 🤬
Edit: New job different pay schedule. Single dad/grandpa. Handle all bills on my own unlike some of you that live with your folks.
Referred to them as a stupidvisors because they would not give a straight answer to the question. If you are in a management position you should be aware of all policies. (Have run call center environments for 15 years). Just saying.
