Save Outgoing Voicemail

My son and I are both on a family T-Mobile account. He created his voice mail years ago in his cute little boy voice, and now he's 17 with his man voice. I want to save the outgoing message from his voicemail so I can hear that little boy again.
He has an iPhone, I have a Pixel.
Is there a way I can just call him and record his message?
