I guess to start off. I'll say I worked for t-mobile for 4 years. launched 3 corp stores in Wisconsin up top June 2023 & prior I worked at Veriozn for 13 years. Earlier this week with the Netflix crap it kind put my last straw in the pile and I said screw it im going back to Veriozn. I went on vzw site and ported 2/3 lines from t-mobile over to vzw and the 3rd line they flagged for fraud so I Called in did there fraud verification. Took a pic of my DL front and back. Took a selfie. Did this all while im on the phone with fraud. The lady puts me on a short hold & comes back and goes your id has small crack in the bottom right corner we can’t accept it. I said you’re kidding me right. She not kidding. So I go to the DMV get my license renewed (6 months early just for them) fast forward four days. 1/12/24 got my new DL in the mail I go on the vzw site add the 3rd line “again” and it says I gotta call to complete the order. So I call I do the fraud verification again. The vzw rep goes we can’t verify your identity. LOL like my address pic name every thing is a perfect match to my sign up info and my credit card on file. Buy this point im boiling. So I ported both my lines back to T-mobile. Had a issue with it sending the Esim to my two 15 pros called in to t-mobile she sent me the esims added my hometown discount back (even tho I ported out a few days prior ) She was so kind and easy to work with. Every time I call t-mobile it’s rly a good experience. I guess the moral to my story is not to jump ship all the time. I know t-moible is changing and in a way there becoming kinda like big red but there’s a clear separation between Verizon and t mobile. It’s 5G & customer service. Verizon barley has either they where so rude the 3 times I had to call in. T-mobile was kind as all hell even when I ported out & the same when I ported back in. It’s pretty clear where I’ll be for the next decade. T-mobiles got me for good. Verizon did me dirty. The first two lines were okay but not the third? Naw get out of here. FR. I value T-mobiles good service. There 5G coverage is very reliable, I recently drove form Wisconsin to Florida and back. Zero issues. Can’t agree with everything t-mobile is doing but Im thankful for what they have done to keep a competitive edge with Veriozn. Before you switch to Veriozn. Just consider your pros and cons. There 5G is fast if you got it. But there so far behind. It’s unreal tbh. Veriozn was the LTE /4g kings and T-mobile is the 5G king for sure. Price plans for Go5G and Verizon’s plans are pretty much dollar to dollar matched. At the end of the day. Custumer service matters. Not all of t-mobile service reps are perfect but 95% of them are on point. Even Across seas when there overflow. I feel like t-moible reps I can understand. Verizons are flat no English. I swear t-mobile puts there over sea reps in English classes because there’s a considerable difference. No hate its a complement 100% appreciate you T-mobile THANK YOU you earned my business.
