AppleTV+ OnUs - not really free is it?

So they claim that with my plan I get unlimited "free" AppleTV which I have never had before. So I jump through all the hoops getting the account setup and putting in all manner of personal information then get to the subscription area. It still wants me to pay. There is no link back to the TMobile offer and even if there were, I see that the charge is $6.99 per month, whereas the offer is for up to $4.99 per month.

EDIT: Yes it appears it actually is free. But I did have to try to activate it three times.
