Being targeted by spam calls / texts - 20 calls in an hour. How to stop?

This morning I became a target for spam calls out of now where. And I’m getting texts about loans and mortgages addressed to someone named “Lien.” Y-mobiles spam block stopped the calls but not the texts. What should I do?
