International Calling Questions (wifi + how does your name/number show up)

Hello,

I am traveling from the US to Germany in about a week and will be there for a few months. I'm thinking about how contact with family will go internationally and have a few questions if anyone is kind enough to help me out.

I have an Unlimited plan.

1) If family calls me and Im only hooked up to wifi with cellular connection disabled, will the call go through?

2) Alternatively - If I enable cellular, will the call go through if my family calls me from my contact or will they need to add a country code when dialing?

3) If I call through wifi will my name/contact show up or an international number be shown? And what about calling through cellular?
