As the title suggests, the Hol qonwI''a' will be making a number of appearances in Washington DC in February and March.
For starters, he is a regular guest at the Farpoint Convention, which this year will run February 13-15: http://www.farpointcon.com/guests/
(It's unclear to me if he'll be there all days or just a handful.)
On February 19th, he'll be giving a presentation at the Library of Congress (in association with the Museum of Science-Fiction): http://www.museumofsciencefiction.org/loclectureseries
...and finally, on March 14th, he'll be giving a presentation at the National Museum of Language: http://languagemuseum.org/events/
If you're in the area and you're interested in Klingon, I really recommend you check this out. Okrand is a great storyteller with a great wealth of experiences from behind the scenes of Star Trek to draw from, so I'm sure these will prove a lot of fun.
