Hi, I'll keep it short and vague: I just found out a crew member that used to work at my store is interviewing to be a mate in the same region. I cannot, in good conscience, keep the targeted and traumatic experiences I experienced with this crew member to myself and I know for a fact that this crew member will terrorize and bully those they see beneath them. I tried to stay quiet and work past it, even sought therapy to help me process the trauma and gaslighting I suffered. But it scares me that this person may be in a position of power and may potentially wreak havoc on my life if I move to other stores in the region.

Is there anything I can do to relay what happened to me to someone who makes the decision to promote someone to mate?
