Advice on gaining confidence with customers and finding helpful resources
Post Body

I've been working at Trader Joe's for a few weeks now. I'm learning the job but I'm quite slow and get overwhelmed easily. Talking to customers and running register for instance is a struggle for me to do simultaneously. I also would like to see any good resources people have on stocking, rotation etc( as well as anything else I should know) Lastly I'd appreciate any advice on how to have good encounters with the customers, picking up tasks without having to ask multiple times and just general tips on how to excell at the job. Thanks guys.
