My store nets 1.1 million a week and we got rid of crew coffee because it’s “too expensive”
Post Body

For a company that prides itself on taking care of their employees, I just got to say, they’re consistently cheap bastards. I’ve worked at stores where crew isn’t allowed free coffee at all, been to ones where it’s bring your own cup and have been to ones that supply coffee and cups. I know it’s a small thing, whatever, but those 5 minutes of down time are essential to not going fucking manic during some work days and it’s more of a “hey, our store makes a million every week but you can’t reinvest $50 a week into us”. Higher management of this company can genuinely go fuck themselves.
