Did a second interview with mates and I didn’t get the job.

I interviewed with the store manager by resume drop off, I thought it went well. Then five days layer I did an interview with two mates. I also thought it went well we pretty much discussed my resume. I have grocery store experience. They said they would call to follow up later that week. I called today Monday and they said no sorry wish you luck on your next application. I’m just really sad I really wanted to work at Tjs. Should I apply again in the future or just let it go? This store wasn’t actively hiring I just popped in and dropped a resume.
